Our featured speaker at 7:30 pm is Deborah Shiflett-Fitton, Executive Director at the Kent Art Association.
Deborah will share information about the founders of the Kent Art Association (KAA) and the Kent Art Colony which began in the early 1900s. While many of the artists were from Kent, two of them, Francis Luis Mora and Robert Hogg Nisbet, eventually lived in Gaylordsville and New Milford.

If you are still searching for one of the Glass Orbs that we kicked off in 2021 (in celebration of the Hotel's 50th anniversary of the restoration project), the search continues in '25! There are total of 100 orbs being hidden among 25 organizations. Each organization is getting 4 orbs (3 clear and one colored). They are numbered 1 to 100 and are dated for 2025, and here's where you register your orb (and see which ones have been found!)...
